The Society has been in existence since 1997, and researches local history, including the identities of those on the war memorial, as well as holding a regular programme of talks. The Society also produced a very informative book on the history of East Woodhay as a Millenium Project, as well as a book on parish walks. Membership costs £10 a year, and visitors are welcome at £4 per talk.
