Founded in 1870 the Field Club is Newbury's local history society with additional interests in all aspects of the Newbury district's natural history, geology etc.
The Club meets at 2pm on the 3rd Monday of each month (excluding June, July and August) in St John's Parish Room, adjoining St John's Church, St John's Road, Newbury RG14 7PY. The Club also holds an annual History Day, usually on a Saturday in the Autumn.
