The location for this year’s Annual General Meeting will be provided by Wargrave Local History Society and will be held in the St Mary’s Church Centre. The programme will start at 11.00 with refreshments, followed at 11.30 by the AGM business which we will endeavour to keep as short as possible to increase the time for social and cultural activities. The doors will be open from 10.00 to allow societies to set up displays.
Following the AGM there will be a short informative talk about the Wargrave area, followed by a lunch break between 1.00 and 2.00 (please bring a packed lunch or make your own arrangements). After lunch there will be a walk around the area led by members of the Wargrave Society (if inclement weather, there will be an illustrated talk in the hall). The walk will take around an hour and tea an cake will be served before departure.
